I have been a therapist for the past several years, who has a passion for helping people improve their mental health. 

I  graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work.

I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I have also worked with children as young as 8 years old, teenagers, adults and senior citizens.
