Dr Frank is double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her residency at Delaware Psychiatric Center and her fellowship in Ohio at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Previousy she worked as a child psychiatrist at Sheppard-Pratt Residential Treatment Center. She likes to utilize a holistic approach in psychiatry.
