Dr. Alban received her BSN from Johns Hopkins, MSN from University of Maryland and DNP from Carlow University. Her work experience includes inpatient at Johns Hopkins Hospital and outpatient at the Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, Jewish Family Services and MedOptions.

Dr. Alban has been performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management in an outpatient setting since 2010. She sees patients starting at age 4 and into late adulthood. However, she specializes in child-adolescent psychiatry.
